Aryna Sabalenka

Sabalenka was born in Minsk which is the capital city of Belarus. Sergey Sabalenka (d. 2019) is her father, a hockey player. Aryna Sabalenka was born on 5 May, 1998 in Minsk Belarus. She has been able to win twelve WTA singles titles, which includes the Grand Slam in the Australian Open of 2023. She is also an excellent doubles player she has two more Majors to this specialty including the US Open 2019 and the Australian Open 2021 won both together with Elise Mertens. It was the Sunshine Double was achieved by her and Elise in 2019. Together, they won WTA 1000s in Indian Wells & Miami. This feat was only achieved by four couples in the women's doubles. In January 2023, she achieved her highest rank in singles. The 23rd day of August 2021, she climbed into the top two spot of world rankings. But in doubles, she moved up to the top spot after her victory at Melbourne that same year. Dmitry Tursunov, a former Russian tennis star, coached her during the 2018 season until the end and part of the 2020 season. Dieter Kindlmann was the coach for her from the month of August through September 2020. Antonio Dubrov is her coach who has been with her since the beginning of 2020. Her heroes are Serena Williams and Maria Sharapova.
